Alexander växte upp i Helsingborg och började sin karriär inom kommunikation redan som 18-åring, vid casinoborden på nattklubbar. En miljö där människor, pengar, alkohol och starka känslor gjorde tydlig kommunikation till något betydligt mer än en trevlig egenskap. Där väcktes fascinationen för människor, beteenden och vad som får oss att lyssna på varandra.
Därifrån gick resan vidare in i företagsvärlden, först inom mobiltelefoni och senare till Tele2, där Alexander blev distriktschef. Uppdraget handlade inte bara om produkter och försäljning, utan om att få återförsäljare att förstå, tro på och välja att sälja just din produkt framför konkurrenternas. Kommunikation blev verktyget för att skapa resultat.
Nästa stora steg kom när Alexander började arbeta tillsammans med David JP Phillips. Under mer än 13 år har han utbildat och coachat ledare, säljare, entreprenörer och professionella talare i presentationsteknik, storytelling och kommunikation. Han har varit Official Speaker Coach for TEDxStockholm och arbetat med tusentals människor som velat bli tydligare, tryggare och mer engagerande kommunikatörer.
Samtidigt har världen blivit en del av hans utbildning. Alexander har rest över stora delar av jordklotet, arbetat med människor från olika kulturer och sett hur språk, normer och sättet vi kommunicerar förändras, men också hur mycket vi människor har gemensamt.
Idag lär Alexander beprövade metoder med erfarenheter från försäljning, ledarskap, scener, utbildningsrum och möten med människor världen över. Allt med samma övertygelse som började växa fram vid casinoborden i Helsingborg:
